CIX-NoVA is live on our Virginia PoP: a 100G port onto Community IX's Northern Virginia exchange, dual-stack over IPv4 and IPv6.
Virginia had been a transit-only site since it opened at CoreSite - Reston (VA1) in October 2025. Now traffic bound for any network on the exchange leaves our routers and reaches it directly instead of going through an intermediary first — a shorter AS path, fewer hops, and a route we can see end to end.
CIX-NoVA is run by Community IX, the same operator behind FL-IX in Miami where we already peer at 100G, so both of our East Coast PoPs now hand traffic straight to the networks sitting next to them.
