Internet access is not bound by standard business hours, and neither should the provider of your server's support. You can count on us to respond promptly in the event of any dedicated server issues. Our data centers are continuously manned by on-site engineers, 24/7, 365 days a year, including holidays and weekends. We maintain a readily available inventory of spare parts on-site for swift replacements, day or night. We take great pride in delivering top-notch support and boast an average initial response time to support tickets of 15 minutes or less.

How soon can I have my server set up once purchased?

For our pre-configured machines, you can expect your dedicated servers to be up and running within just 10 minutes of your order. These machines come with predefined settings, making them an ideal choice for those seeking a quick and hassle-free solution.

If you prefer a more customized setup, our team is ready to assist. For tailored, personalized configurations, our commitment is to have your server ready for you within 12 to 24 hours. This ensures that your server is equipped with the exact specifications you need to meet your unique business demands.

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Currently, we do not accept PayPal, but we are working to add more options in the future.

Can I announce my own IP range with my ASN?

You can announce your own IPs and your ASN for a cost of $50 per month and $100 setup per /24 range. When you have 10 or more servers with us, the cost for this service is free.

What is our SLA and what does it cover?

Our SLA guarantees 99.99% availability on the network, ensuring that your service will be available almost all the time. It is important to note that this level of service excludes interruptions caused by DDoS attacks or hardware failures. We strive to provide a reliable and high-quality service, minimizing any disruption to your connectivity and ensuring that your experience with us is the best possible.

Can I acquire a dedicated server or VPS with additional IPs?
