CubePath Discord Rules
Our Discord is for the whole community. To keep it friendly, useful and fun, we ask everyone to follow these rules. Breaking them may lead to a warning, mute, kick or permanent ban depending on severity.
1. Respect & coexistence
- Treat everyone with respect. No insults, harassment or personal attacks.
- Zero tolerance for racism, xenophobia, homophobia, transphobia, sexism or any kind of discrimination.
- Don't share personal info about other people (doxxing) without their explicit consent.
- Avoid heated discussions on politics or religion — this isn't the place.
2. Content & language
- No NSFW, gore, violent or any kind of explicit content.
- No piracy, cracks, illegal software or content that breaks the law.
- Keep mass profanity to a minimum. A casual swear is fine; insulting someone is not.
- English and Spanish are the main languages, but feel free to write in your own language in the appropriate channel.
3. Spam & self-promotion
- No spam, flood, repeat messages, or copy-paste in multiple channels.
- No advertising other services, hosting providers or referral links outside #advertise.
- Personal projects, side hustles or things you want to share publicly go in #advertise.
- Don't ping @everyone, @here or staff without a real reason.
4. Channel usage
- Use each channel for what it's designed for. Read the channel description before posting.
- #general is for daily chat — pick the language channel that matches yours (🇪🇸 or 🇺🇸).
- Read #rules and link your account in #link-account when you join.
- Use #hackathon for projects, side-projects and code talk; use #social-media to share your socials.
- Use threads for long discussions to keep channels readable.
5. Support & customer service
- Discord is community support, not official support. For paid services and tickets, use my.cubepath.com.
- Don't share account info, passwords, API keys or invoices in public channels.
- If you have an active incident, check status.cubepath.com first.
- Be patient: the team is around but doesn't always reply instantly.
6. Accounts & identity
- One account per person. Alt accounts to dodge mutes or bans = permanent ban.
- Don't impersonate staff, members or other companies.
- Use a readable nickname. No invisible names, fake-admin tags or offensive words.
- Bots are only allowed if approved by the staff team.
7. Moderation & enforcement
- Staff (admins and moderators) have the final word on rule interpretation.
- Sanctions: warn → temporary mute → kick → permanent ban, depending on severity.
- Serious offenses (doxxing, threats, illegal content) skip straight to permanent ban.
- If you disagree with a moderation decision, DM a staff member calmly — never argue in public channels.
8. Discord ToS
- You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
- Anything that breaks Discord's rules also breaks ours.
Click, join, link your account and say hi in #general. We'll be there.
