Managed Load Balancers are now available for Cloud VPS. Spread incoming traffic across as many instances as you need and keep your application online even when a backend goes down.
Choose the distribution that fits your workload (round robin, least connections, IP hash or weighted), terminate TLS at the balancer with automatic Let's Encrypt certificates, and let continuous HTTP, TCP and ICMP health checks pull unhealthy backends out of the pool on their own.
