How to Access IPMI via noVNC
We use EasyDCIM for managing all our bare metal servers. We utilize the noVNC option, a system that generates a Java environment, downloading the Java Applet from any version and brand of IPMI to use and manage the KVM through HTML5.
Depending on the IPMI version and model, it may generate various warnings.
When starting noVNC, you should press any button, clicking Yes, Run, etc. Any pop-up window should be accepted. Here we provide an example.
Once everything is accepted, you will be able to see your server's console.
If you don't see the noVNC button, it means your server doesn't have KVM. You should open a ticket in the Remote Console section.
