Update access key

patch/object-storage/keys/{key_uuid}

Rename an access key, switch it between read and write and read only, change the buckets it can reach (bucket_uuids: a list, or null for every bucket of its project in its tier, including future ones) or turn the governance bypass on or off. Only what you send is changed. Permission, buckets and bypass need an active key and apply within a few seconds. The expiration and the tier cannot be changed.
