Create logical database

post/managed-databases/{md_uuid}/databases

Create a logical database inside a Managed Database instance. The database is created in the background and is kept by the platform across restarts, scaling and failover. Not available for Valkey, which uses numbered databases.

Bearer YOUR_API_TOKEN with an API token. The X-API-Key: YOUR_API_TOKEN header works too.
