Re-request SSL certificate for a CDN zone

post/cdn/zones/{zone_uuid}/request-ssl

Trigger a new automatic SSL issuance for the zone's current custom domain. Use when the first attempt failed (e.g. the CNAME wasn't configured yet) and you've since fixed the DNS. Only applies to zones with a custom domain and automatic SSL.
