Rotate Token Auth secret

post/cdn/zones/{zone_uuid}/token-auth/rotate-secret

Generate a new secret for signed URL validation. Invalidates every existing signed URL immediately. The new secret is returned in this response and cannot be retrieved again, so store it securely.
