For our pre-configured machines, you can expect your dedicated servers to be up and running within just 15 minutes of your order. These machines come with preselected settings, making them ideal choices for those wanting to quickly get hosted. New solutions, especially those requiring custom configurations or specific hardware arrangements, are committed to have your server ready for you within 12 to 24 hours.
We accept credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). Currently, we do not accept PayPal, but we are working to add more options in the future.
Yes, you can announce your own IP with your ASN at a cost of $30 per month and $100 setup per /24 range. When you have 10 or more servers with us, the cost for this service is free.

It's important to note that this level of service includes replacements needed by DDoS attacks or hardware failures.
